Are women allowed to shave legs during the 3 weeks? What about the 9 days?

 

In general, women too are included in the prohibition of shaving their body hair during the 3 weeks.

Nonetheless, there is room for leniency for a girl who is in shidduchim. Likewise, for a married woman there is room to be lenient if it offends her husband.
